After losing all historical billing data in the 2023 fire, rebuilding a structured and digitized financial system became essential for accurate forecasting, vendor pricing analysis, and long-term business planning. The goal was to create a secure, accessible, and well-organized system to manage both physical and digital billing records efficiently.
