This website redesign was a strategic move to regain full creative control and align the e-commerce platform with the company’s evolving brand identity. By transitioning from outsourced management to an in-house approach, we redefined the site’s visual direction, ensuring a more seamless and engaging shopping experience for high-end buyers.

• Full Creative Control: Shifted from outsourcing to managing all website updates internally, allowing for greater flexibility and brand consistency.
• Elevated Visual Aesthetic: Updated product photography to feature staged, lifestyle-driven images that enhance scale and versatility.
• Brand Identity Refresh: Implemented new logos, brand colors, and eventually updated artwork to reflect the company’s modern direction.
• Expanded Product Organization: Introduced seasonal categories and began developing a broader categorization strategy for an improved browsing experience.
